As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a Head of Project Operations to build strong
systems, streamline execution, and ensure operational excellence across all projects.
What do we look for:
A leader who can own operations end-to-end, optimize processes, and drive consistent delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Core Requirements:
- Oversee full project lifecycle: from sales closure → delivery → payment collection
- Ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction
- Drive monthly revenue collection through efficient project execution
- Maintain 80–90% team productivity through smart resource allocation
- Ensure strong project margins via cost and partner management
- Maintain 100% visibility using CRM and project tracking tools
- Build and enforce SOPs across teams, clients, and partners
- Track KPIs and improve continuously
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and performance improvements
- Identify risks early and take fast action
- Lead, mentor, and grow team leads and department heads
- Introduce automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
- Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients/partners
